If you haven’t jumped on the zucchini noodle bandwagon, you are defiantly missing out! These are a great way to switch out your carbs for some veggies and they are super quick and easy to do.
I always start by cleaning my zucchini with my Norwex Veggie & Fruit Scrub Cloth. I like to keep some peeling but not all of it so I use the scrubby side of the cloth first then go back over it with the polishing side to remove the rest of the dirt, waxes and debris.
Next, use your Spiralizer to make your zucchini into noodles.
Next, I take my zucchini noodles and put them into a clean Norwex Kitchen Towel and dab them to remove some of the liquid. After some of the liquid has been removed toss your “zoodles” into a hot pan with a little bit of your favorite oil (I use avocado oil for these because it is basically flavorless).
Once they start to soften add in your seasoning. I prefer a little bit of salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Top with your favorite spaghetti toppings (shown here with a sugar free red sauce and meatballs).
Enjoy!
Have you tried making zoodles? What is your favorite way to top them?
