  1. What is your “WHY” for being a Norwex consultant? 

I see the “big picture” with Norwex. I love helping people turn their homes into Safe Havens. I also see how far Norwex can take me and my family. I know Norwex can take us places that we never even dreamed of and accomplish things we never dreamed possible. Being a public school teacher with my husband working in the construction industry, we only allowed ourselves to dream small. With Norwex we can dream BIG, and it is a wonderful and freeing feeling.

Helping others become healthier and being able to dream BIG for my family is my “why.” My why is what drives me and keeps me going.

  1. What are three words that your family/friends would use to describe you?  

Determined, generous, and caring.

  1. How were you able to find success and promote so quickly? (Jennifer started in May 2015 and has just promoted to ESL!)

My success started with “one party can change your business.” I had a party at the end of August that was “the party” for me. After this party I then took advantage of the “jump in” promotion that was offered in September. In September I just went for it and shared the business opportunity with everyone. I ended up adding 13 team members in September. It definitely weighed out in my favor. From there, I have worked closely with my recruits that wanted to have a successful business. Also, I have made my calendar, and booking, a huge priority in my business. I work my business every single day. To be successful, I feel like you have to put time aside to work YOUR Business daily.

Another huge factor is, I have changed my party presentation. I basically only include the Safe Haven package items (which I always refer to as the starter kit.) I know these products very well and have complete confidence in my presentation and any questions about these products. I feel like having confidence in your presentation truly makes a world of difference. Your customers feed off your vibe so my advice is to have a positive and confident attitude.

  1. What is your funniest/most embarrassing/mostunusual party story? 

My most embarrassing moment at a party was when my hostess was telling all her friends and family about how the EnviroCloth took black marks off of her wall. She said, “Hey, there’s a mark over there by the door you can go and show them.” So of course I take my EnviroCloth and go to the mark by the door. As I was talking and rubbing I definitely took the mark off…I took it all the way down to the drywall.  Needless to say, I was very embarrassed. I will never use any products on a customer’s wall again during a party! :-)

  1. What is your best tip for new consultants?  

My best tip for consultants is when you start, give it 110%. To truly know if the business is going to work for you, you need to give it your best shot. When I signed up to become a consultant I told myself I was “Going BIG.” From then on, I have given it my best shot and the business has truly worked out wonderfully for me and my family. If you don’t give it your best shot, you will never know what you truly could have done with the business.

  1. How do you most like to pass the time when you aren’t working? 

When I am NOT working on Norwex, I’m working on being a full time mommy to two beautiful little girls (ages 9 and 2.) If I get a break from both of those jobs, I really like to read. Reading is truly my way to unwind and relax.
