Cornbread - 1215152 eggs

1 C. sugar

½ tsp. salt

1 C. oil

1 C. milk

1 tsp. vanilla

3 C. flour

1 ½ tsp. baking powder

¾ C. cornmeal

Blend eggs and sugar. Add salt, oil, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Mix in remaining dry ingredients. Place in greased bread pans or muffin tins. Bake at 350 until edges begin to turn light brown and toothpick comes out clean (do not overbake). Serve warm with butter and honey.
