If you know anything about me, you know I love my job! Being an Independent Sales Consultant with Norwex is incredibly rewarding. In addition to absolutely believing in and standing behind these products and the Norwex mission—improving quality of life by radically reducing chemicals in our homes—this job affords me personal and professional opportunities beyond compare.
One such opportunity is our National Conference, and I just had the privilege of once again attending a couple of weeks ago. What a great experience! The conference was held in Minnesota so I got the chance to go back to my home state and see my family, but with the added benefit of hanging out with other Norwex friends from across the United States and Canada. At the Team Aqua dinner, I had the pleasure of hearing from Global Chief Sales Officer Debbie Bolton and Global CEO Eivind Schackt. As a Senior Vice President Sales Leader being on the product advisory council I had the fun task of sharing the newest products. Being in the “first-to-know” category is a perk in and of itself!

The biggest honor for me was receiving the award for #1 group leader and #1 recruiter in the USA for last year. I truly have an amazing team and couldn’t do it without each and everyone of them. It is so exciting to see NC, TX, and CA and many other states growing so quickly! The greatest part of being on this team, in addition to being able to create safe havens all over the world, is the opportunity to grow a business that offers flexibility for all different lifestyles—and most importantly, to have A LOT of fun in the process!
